Maw'il runs on a defined governance structure — not because it sounds impressive, but because it's the only way a youth-led organization actually lasts. Every role has a clear purpose. Every person knows who they report to. Every decision has a clear owner.
All Maw'il members, regardless of role, are expected to acknowledge tasks within 24–48 hours, save work to Drive with correct file naming, flag delays early with a revised timeline, and represent Maw'il with accuracy and respect in everything they produce.
